I came across these videos from 2016, which were taken from sports Japan. Very interesting and very informative. I really like how we can clearly see some of the techniques used. I'm not sure why it didn't end up all in one video, but at least we can see the whole program.
As a side note, it's also interesting how this is practiced at a baptist church in Tokyo!
It goes a long way in showing how hard it is to beat someone playing in nito. I've gone up against someone before like these and the combination of offense and defense is hard to get past. (I didn't by the way. I was soundly defeated!) The only downside to these clips is that we don't get to see the whole match.
